Landscape Forms
The shapes and forms of the landscape are the starting point for these pastel works. I have used pastel for a number of years to create bold and colourful images. The medium has a tactile but fragile quality that I enjoy exploiting. Landscapes forms and shapes are the starting point. Over this I focus on harmonies and tonal contrasts.
Commissions
Most of the work is for sale on this site. If a painting is no longer available I can create a similar piece with the colours you desire. A modern style frame is included in the price.
If you wish to commission a work that requires a non standard frame size this will effect the price.
